The Miner's Cabin
This place's history starts back when Nevada had its own 'strike it rich ' in the year 1858. Both Silver and Gold were found in what would become the towns of Virginia City and Goldhill.
The Miner's Cabin is said to be a rebuild of the original bunk house placed above the Yellow Jacket Mine in what is now GoldHill, NV.
In the year 1869, a fire started in the lower levels of the mine of which caused the death of over 35 men.
